Pavlos Katsivardas was born in Greece and has spent over 40 years bringing unforgettable hospitality experiences to life across Greece, Italy, the USA, China, and now Australia. His passion for food, travel, and family shines through every dish. Now calling the beautiful Southwest of WA home, Pavlos is known for his spirited charm and heartfelt service – whether at Squidlips in Dunsborough or the Mandalay Kiosk in Busselton. A devoted father and grandfather, Pavlos believes in joyful living and welcomes every guest like family.
