His passion for food, travel, and family shines through every dish. Now calling the beautiful Southwest of WA home, Pavlos is known for his spirited charm and heartfelt service – whether at Squidlips in Dunsborough or the Mandalay Kiosk in Busselton. A devoted father and grandfather, Pavlos believes in joyful living and welcomes every guest like family.
